Statement:
My work studies skate culture, depicting community and joy amongst black, brown and queer people. These photographs showcase movement, joy, strength, and beauty in motion on four and eight wheels. Film photography, just like skating, is high risk and high reward. My photographs are a combination of the two, depicting the art and athleticism of local skaters.
